In line with the latest Government guidance, we are very pleased to announce that we are beginning a phased re-opening of the business, making home appointments, and resuming installations.

All aspects of the business and operations have undergone comprehensive risk assessments, with relevant training and safety processes being implemented.

​

Home visits are now available to those outside of governments vulnerable/shielding groups and not experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19.

​

Staff visiting customer homes have been trained in relevant safety requirements and are regularly temperature screened and have been supplied with relevant PPE and sanitization equipment.

​

All equipment and demonstration samples are thoroughly cleaned before and after use.

​

We understand that some people may still not be comfortable with people visiting their homes and in this instance, where possible, we can assist with quotes over the phone, and installations can be deferred to a time where the customer is more comfortable.
